Clinical Equivalence Pathway
Mia is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who founded Connected Self Psychology out of a desire to help people move beyond symptom management and into a place of deep healing. With over a decade of experience in clinical settings, she specialises in relational patterns and identity development.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for change. Mia works collaboratively with her clients, providing the safety needed to explore vulnerable parts of themselves and develop a more integrated, connected sense of self.

“A connected self is the experience of being deeply aware of, attuned to, and accepting of your own inner world – your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations – while living in alignment with your values and what feels true to you”
